Contest Terms and Conditions

Contest Background

This Volume Contest (the “Contest”) is being put on by EbisusBay, LLC (“EbisusBay”) as a fun way to reward our most active users. The Contest will run over a two-week period and winners will be decided based on total volume bought and sold over the applicable time period.

Start Date: July 1, 2022

End Date: July 31, 2022

All wallets which buy and sell items on EbisusBay during the applicable period shall be automatically entered into the Contest, and no further action is required by users for entry. The following Contest Terms and Conditions (“Contest Terms”) are in addition to, and not in lieu of, otherwise existing Website Terms and Conditions (“Website Terms”). To the extent there is any conflict between the Website Terms and these Contest Terms, the Contest Terms shall prevail.

Rules

-All entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to participate.

-Only one prize per wallet may be awarded.

-Transactions must occur on the EbisusBay marketplace and must be arms-length agreements for value. Any attempt to “wash trade” or otherwise artificially inflate volumes of transactions through use of bots or otherwise duplicitous means shall result in disqualification from consideration for any wallets believed to be participating in such actions.

-Prizes will be awarded within five (5) days following the End Date of the Contest.

-Winners will be announced via a post at https://blog.ebisusbay.com

-Winners may be required to identify themselves prior to being awarded prizes. Failure to provide identity and residential address upon request may result in forfeiture of any prizes due. Any identifying information provided may be used by EbisusBay to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and rules. Information submitted shall be treated in accordance with the EbisusBay Privacy Policy.

-Any violation of the Contest Terms or Website Terms, even if those violations are unrelated to the Contest, shall result in immediate disqualification. If any prize money has been distributed prior to EbisusBay learning of said violations, all entrants agree they will return said prize money upon demand.

-Any dispute regarding the Contest shall be governed by the Website Terms’ dispute resolution provisions.

Disclaimers

-EbisusBay reserves the right to disqualify any wallet if it reasonably believes that wallet has breached the Contest Terms, Website Terms, or otherwise performs actions which are damaging to the integrity and purpose of the Contest.

-As a condition of hosting the Contest, EbisusBay reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Contest at any time in its sole and absolute discretion. In the event of Contest cancellation, EbisusBay’s maximum liability will be to refund the sales percentages collected by EbisusBay from sales during the Contest period.

-To remove your wallet from entry into the Contest, email support@ebisusbay.com and include your name, wallet address, and email address. Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant’s agreement to and acceptance of the Contest Terms.

- EbisusBay has no liability to any entrant in respect to the Contest other than those addressed in the Contest Terms and Website Terms. As a condition upon entry into the Contest, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless EbisusBay from any liability with respect to the Contest, and shall indemnify EbisusBay from any liability caused (or alleged to have been caused) by entrant’s participation in the Contest.
